Warranty Period


All products (except batteries) manufactured by Innovative Energies come with a 2 Year Warranty, as per our terms and conditions.   Other finished products distributed or sold by Innovative Energies have the original manufacturer's warranty eg) 1 year for most batteries, 3 years for Schaefer products and 2 or 3 years for Latronics products.
 
 
If you are unsure about our warranty please feel free to ask one of our sales representatives. All custom solutions, (combined product solutions starting with the letters CAB) manufactured by Innovative Energies come with a 2 Year Warranty.
 
Our undertakings:
  • We will acknowledge your enquiry providing information either on us, our products or service within 1 working day.
  • Any product returned for service will be despatched to you within 5 working days from receipt at our factory in Henderson, Auckland.
  • We will always keep you informed of delivery dates or  unforeseen changes and attempt to deliver within the advised time.
  • We will provide you with the best of our knowledge and expertise
  • All of our products are fully tested and calibrated prior to despatch which means you are assured of product consistency and safety
  • Should we fail to meet or exceed your expectations in any way, we guarantee to attempt to rectify the matter to your complete satisfaction.
